Angelo Stamoolis, MEd, CPRP
Chief Executive Officer
Angelo Stamoolis, MEd, CPRP, is the Chief Executive Officer of Community Counseling Center. Angelo completed his Masters of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh and Bachelors of Arts in History and Secondary Education from Penn State University. He is a "Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Professional". Angelo has held the positions of Community Support Services Administrator, Clinical Program Manager and Therapist, and he has worked at CCC since 1984. He serves on the board of directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services and Pennsylvania Community Providers Association. Angelo is active with Mercer County Habitat for Humanity and is a Vietnam Era Veteran. He is married with two children.

Jose W. Santiago, MD
Medical Director
Jose W. Santiago, MD is the Medical Director of the Community Counseling Center. He is a 1986 graduate of the University of Puerto Rico, San Juan School of Medicine. He completed his residency in the Department of Psychiatry at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. He is a member of the Psychiatric Physicians of Pennsylvania, the American Academy of Clinical Psychiatry, the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Medical Association. He is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Santiago has provided psychiatric services at the Community Counseling Center since 1998.

Debra S. Gorin, MD
Debra S. Gorin, MD is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Florida and completed her medical degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine in 1983. She did her internship training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, followed by residency training in psychiatry at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital Health Center. Dr. Gorin has over twenty-two years experience in the practice of psychiatry and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Gorin can diagnose all psychiatric illnesses and offer appropriate treatments. She works with children, teenagers and adults. Dr. Gorin has a passion for activities related to health and wellness and encourages patients to examine their lifestyle habits, including diet and exercise, as contributing factors in coping with psychiatric illness. Dr. Gorin joined the Community Counseling Center in 2011.

Clyde “Kip” Hoffman, MSW, LCSW
Chief Clinical Administrator
Clyde “Kip” Hoffman, MSW, LCSW has been the Chief and Clinical Administrator of the Community Counseling Center since 2001. He has program development and administrative responsibilities for the Outpatient Mental Health/Psychiatric Services for adults and children, Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Services for adolescents and adults, Respite Services, children’s Behavioral Health and Rehabilitation Services (BHRS), Family-Based Services, and Community Integration Services.
Kip earned his Masters in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh in 1982. He is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and is licensed to practice Clinical Social Work (LCSW) in Pennsylvania. His clinical expertise includes substance abuse disorders, mood disorders, Severe Mental Illness, chronic pain disorders, and marital and family therapy. Kip was a founding member of the Mercer County New Freedom Initiative Project which is committed to maintaining a recovery-oriented mental health system in Mercer County. He has been working in the behavioral health field for the past 35 years.

Frances Billen, BS
Community Integration Services Administrator
Frances Billen, BS is a Slippery Rock University Graduate with a degree in Special Education. She has worked at the Community Counseling Center since 1981. She began with the agency as a Residential Case Worker for the newly developed Community Residential Rehabilitation Program. She has been the Community Integration Services Administrator since 1997. This position oversees the Residential Programs, Vocational Rehabilitation Programs, Psychiatric Rehabilitation and the Drop-in Center. Fran was one of the first persons in Mercer County to achieve the designation as CPRP (Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner).

Constance J. Walker, BA
Chief Financial & Operations Officer
Constance J. Walker, BA has been the Chief Financial & Operations Officer at Community Counseling Center since 1989. She is a Thiel College graduate with a double Major in Accounting and Business Administration and a minor in Economics. Her responsibilities at CCC include Human Resources, Clerical Support Services, Building Management, and all Financial Operations and support.

Jerry Brewster, MSEd
Quality Assurance and Compliance Director
Jerry Brewster, MSEd, is the Quality Assurance and Compliance Director at the Community Counseling Center. He oversees all of the continuous quality improvement/compliance initiatives for every program and service throughout the entire agency. He insures CCC’s adherence to all state and federal regulations. Jerry also coordinates both service participant and staff satisfaction survey completion. He completed his graduate degree in Counseling at Youngstown State University and his BA in Psychology at Kent State University. Prior to his current position, Jerry was a Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services Mobile Therapy Team Leader and also a Mobile Therapist at CCC. Jerry has been employed at Community Counseling Center since 2002.

Kimberly K. Mathos, DO, MPH
Kimberly K. Mathos, DO, MPH is a psychiatrist who specializes in treating persons who are Deaf, DeafBlind, and/or Hard of Hearing. She completed her combined residency in General and Child Psychiatry at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Mathos has worked at the Community Counseling Center since 2002. In 2009, she won the exemplary psychiatrist of the year award from National NAMI for her advocacy and innovative ideas for program development regarding service development for persons who are Deaf, DeafBlind, and/or Hard of Hearing. Dr. Mathos has also earned a Multidisciplinary Masters of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh.
