West Central Center for the Deaf

West Central Center for the Deaf (WCCD) is a direct service and consultative center instituted to support the Deaf/Hard of Hearing community, child and adult serving organizations, professional organizations, and general public throughout west central Pennsylvania. WCCD provides community based mental health services to D/HH individuals and families that include behavioral health rehabilitation services (BHRS), outpatient counseling, and psychological/psychiatric services. WCCD also provides community outreach and general information concerning deafness, deaf culture, ADA law, sign language classes and interpreter referral.
