
West Central Center for the Deaf
West Central Center for the Deaf (WCCD) is a consultative center instituted to support the deaf/hard of hearing community, child and adult serving organizations, professional organizations, and the general public throughout western Pennsylvania. WCCD at Community Counseling Center provides general information and resources concerning deafness, deaf culture, ADA law, sign language class offerings, and interpreter referral.
Clinical
Provides mobile and on-site counseling for members of the deaf and hard of hearing community. WCCD also provides community outreach and general information concerning deafness, deaf culture, ADA law, sign language classes and interpreter referral.
