West Central Center for the Deaf (WCCD) is a consultative center instituted to support the deaf/hard of hearing community, child and adult serving organizations, professional organizations, and the general public throughout western Pennsylvania. WCCD at Community Counseling Center provides general information and resources concerning deafness and interpreter referral.
